The project for the Galati Euromall Center was bought by the Austrian Immoeast Investments Fund in 2007 through a forward transaction assisted by Savu Cristescu & Associates. The remaining 75% stake in Union Investment (part of Euromall Group) was sold to Immoeast in May 2010, the transaction being again assisted by Savu Cristescu & Associates.
